A Case Report of a Double Uterus with a Separate Cervix and a Common Vagina (Didelphys Uterus)

Background: Uterus Didelphys is one of the rare cases uterine abnormalities that mostly asymptomatic until pregnancy and delivery. The present report introduces a case double uterus with separate cervix common vagina (Uterus Didelphys). Materials Methods: patient was 38-year-old woman referred to radiology clinic by gynecologist. She pregnant at time; however, she had history repeated miscarriages, irregular painful menstruation, prolonged bleeding, spotting. evaluation radiological images hysterosalpingography showed this Conclusion: Müllerian duct are among most important factors infertility in women, whose accurate diagnosis right treatment can help maintain fertility. use imaging methods also correct appropriate these people.
